You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

Holdio is a net worth tracking and financial account aggregation tool. Holdio connects to your financial accounts through our third-party data provider, SnapTrade, to display balances, holdings, and historical trends.

Holdio is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or money transmitter, and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at holdiosupport@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Service relies on third parties, including SnapTrade (account data aggregation) and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or acts or omissions of third-party services, including delays or errors in data provided by financial institutions.

Balances, holdings, and other financial data displayed in the Service are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always confirm account information directly with your financial institution before making financial decisions.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (d) reverse-engineer or misuse the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Holdio or other users. You may terminate your account at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holdio LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
